Join Personal Peak’s Head Physiologist Travis Brown to dive into the fundamentals of trail running and level up your performance on the trails. You will cover topics and work on hands on skills like power hiking technique, form drills, footwork running with poles, gear, safety and planning. You’ll learn everything you need to confidently get out on the trails this summer! Sessions will be a mix of practical skills and lecture style learning and will take place outdoors in Dale Hodges Park, some of the best trails in Calgary!
