BBQ Kale Salad
Our favorite way to eat kale all summer!
Equipment
- BBQ
Ingredients
Salad
- kale
- green beans
- oil
Dressing
- 1/3 cup oil (your choice)
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Italian spice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Dressing
- Combine all ingredients (makes more than one recipe, depending on taste preference)
Salad
- Add green beans to a lightly oiled grill. Leave for 4 minutes.
- Add chopped kale to grill. Coat with a small amount of oil and toss. Leave for 2 minutes.
- Stir. Leave for 2 minutes.
- Add dressing (to taste) and stir. Leave for a final 2 minutes
- Serve!
