Bachelor of Health Science – Health Economics
Ashley has a degree in Health Science concentrating on Health Economics, and uses an upstream approach to organize and build systems that work for athletes, rather than fitting athletes into the system. Using a mix of behavioural strategies and physiological outcomes, Ashley creates training systems that integrate the different physiological outcomes Travis wants, in a way that works for you. If you are a round peg trying to fit into a square hole, Ashley believes the problem is with the square hole, not the round peg. Primarily, Ashley is a problem solver, and the bigger and more messy the problem, the more exciting and fun it is!
