Run Team is a run training program focused on long term athletic development. This differs from our personalized coaching packages, which offer a tailored program which focuses on performance at a specific race or goal. Being a member of the Personal Peak Run Team is a great way to build fitness, avoid injury, and belong to a community while receiving a high level training program with access to a Coach, but at a significantly lower price!

A fully periodized program designed by an Exercise Physiologist

Get access to a comprehensive training plan designed to optimize your long term fitness, through a wide variety of interval workouts, long runs, and recovery runs.

Supplementary training

Not only do you get all of your running workouts, the program includes three periodized strength workouts, and one unique prehab workout every week. Each workout and exercise has an in depth video showing you how it’s done, so your Coach is right there while you train.

Two group sessions per week

Join us on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm in Dale Hodges Park for a structured interval session and strength workout Coached by Personal Peak Head Exercise Physiologist Travis Schiller-Brown

The group meets each week at the Dale Hodges parking lot, and trains mostly on the gravel roads and hills in and around Dale Hodges and Bowmont Parks. The terrain is perfect for both trail and road runners to get in a great workout!
